Order Processing Times

·       Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

·       Orders placed after 2:00 PM local time will be processed the next business day.

·       Preorders/backorders will ship on the date indicated on the product page.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

·       You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

·       Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the confirmation.

Domestic Shipping

·       We ship domestically via USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL eCommerce.

·       Transit times vary by destination and selected service.

·       Free shipping thresholds (if applicable): e.g., Free standard shipping on orders USD $50+.

International Shipping

·       International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes (VAT/GST), which are assessed once the shipment reaches your country.

·       These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.

·       We do not ship to countries restricted by carriers or applicable regulations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

·        Pets Choice is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order unless stated otherwise.

·       All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs, etc.).

P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO Addresses

·       Shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may be limited by carrier service.

·       If your address is ineligible for a selected service, we may contact you to arrange an alternative.

Shipment Delays

·       Unexpected delays can occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs processing.

·       If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

·       Risk of loss passes to the carrier upon our delivery of the package.

·       If your order is marked delivered but not received, please check with neighbors/building management and contact the carrier first.

·       For damaged items, retain packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos to initiate a claim.

Address Changes

·       Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

·       We cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed; contact us immediately at hello@dmx.media if you need to update your address.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

·       Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipment fees.

·       Refunds for undeliverable orders (if applicable) will exclude original shipping costs.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

·       Refused deliveries or undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping and handling fees.

·       We can reship upon request after payment of reship fees.

Shipping Restrictions

Split Shipments

·       Orders containing multiple items may ship separately to expedite delivery.
